We only collect what an order actually needs:

• Delivery details — shipping and billing address, pin code.
• Order details — items, quantities, amounts, order history.
• Account details — if you create an account, your sign-in identity.
• Usage data — pages viewed and device/browser information, only after you accept analytics cookies.

We do not store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net-banking credentials. Payments are captured entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner.

• To process, pack, ship and track your order.
• To send order, payment, shipping and delivery updates over email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To handle cancellations, returns and refunds.
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
• To improve the store — which products load slowly, where checkout drops off.

We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us run the store: our e-commerce and checkout platform, our payment gateway, our courier and logistics partners, our warehouse and supplier partners for fulfilment, and our email/SMS/WhatsApp messaging providers.

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose information to authorities only where legally required.

Essential cookies keep your bag and sign-in working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising tags load only after you choose “Accept all” in our cookie banner. You can change your mind by clearing site data in your browser, and the banner will ask again.
